



The Village of Dundee has retained Beckett & Raeder, Inc. for park development for over 10 years. Wolverine Park was a small existing park on the River Raisin in Downtown Dundee, needing updated facilities. The project was partially funded through the DNR, Department of Natural Resources as a parks improvement project. BRI prepared design and engineering drawings for the development of a concrete river walk, updated playground equipment, and the addition of a picnic pavilion. BRI worked closely with the Village of Dundee in implementing the grant process all the way through construction, the budget and total project cost was $120,000.00.
