Lohr Lake Village Subdivision

Lohr Lake Village is representative of Beckett & Raeder's extensive experience in the design, layout and engineering of private developer single family subdivision housing projects. Located on 132 acres of rolling partially wooded land, Lohr Lake Village is a phased community of 90 single family home sites developed as a site condominium under the requirements of Pittsfield Township. A system of streets and cul-de-sacs are organized around a central feature of connected lakes and wetlands with community park areas and pedestrian trails. Each homesite is served by a municipal water and sewage collection system.
