Notre Dame Preparatory and Marist Academy

Beckett & Raeder, Inc. was commissioned by Notre Dame Preparatory and Marist Academy to develop a Master Plan for their Pontiac Campus. A key element within the Master Plan were the athletic components.

Existing facilities consist of natural turf Varsity field where all games for Middle School and High School are played, one Softball Field, one Baseball Field, and limited open play area for athletic practice and physical education use. Proposed athletic facilities are to include; A new Varsity Stadium with Synthetic Turf and Running Track, Junior Varsity Stadium for Football, Soccer, and Lacrosse, Varsity and Junior Varsity Baseball Fields, Varsity and Junior Varsity Softball, Tennis Courts, and Physical Education Facilities.

The existing stadium has recently been renovated with synthetic turf. Additional improvements at the stadium included bleacher modifications, pedestrian walkways, new stadium entrance with masonry piers and ornamental steel fencing enclosing the facility, and extensive landscape plantings.

Completed Master Plan improvements also include a new 600 car parking lot, as well as Campus Vehicular Entrances, and perimeter Landscape and Irrigation. Current design work includes the new Varsity Baseball Field.
